Ty was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She went beyond her normal role to assist with this sale including providing resources for additional information and services since I was located in another state.

On a late Sunday evening, Tyantha responded to our inquiry about a house for sale in Cambridge. We toured the house, asked questions, exchanged conversations, and decided to get serious about the house search. We were smitten with her enthusiasm, knowledge, patience, and genuine friendliness. Many listings and showings later we found THE ONE. Tyantha guided our every step-in researching, contracting, and communicating with all of the many people who are involved in buying a property. She was always available to call back, find someone, console, and encourage us as we proceeded to closing. She checked every detail of the purchase and helped us feel secure and confident that our decisions were good. Tyantha truly made the process easier to find and own an excellent home. However, the most valuable and beautiful part of this long process is that we not only have a great new home, but we have also made a wonderful new friend.
