Ty Perry

Ty is a Real Estate Professional. I was not interested in selling my property. Over the past several years we had various Real Estate Agents try to sell the home but they seemed to lack specific knowledge on why Oakwood was a unique community and the homes were full of charm. We would end up renting as the Real Estate Agents always had excuses but no sale. We went thru the same routine thru the years and would end up leasing the home. This year we decided to just placed a rent sign in the yard...Ty called the listed number and asked if we would be interested in selling. My response was sure with the expectation that nothing would happen. To my shock - Ty got back with me with a specific plan. Even though I was quite impressed I felt like the same situation would occur and told Ty he had three months and then I would seek a new renter. Ty implemented his plan and said he would honor my 3 month limit. By the time Ty got all his plan implemented and was ready to put the house on the market he explained in detail why our house would sell - location to school & library, family oriented home, the unique features and comparables (comps). Again I had my doubts based upon the unfulfilled promises of the other Real Estate Agents. Well, Ty sold the house the very first day it was put on the market! Ty planned and implemented his plan. Will he sell your house in one day? I can't say he will but I can say he is a step above the rest and he will implement an appropriate plan based upon your home's assets.

Ty was the best real estate agent that we have ever worked with. Not only did he sell our home for a price we never thought we would achieve, he found us a wonderful new home and got it at an affordable price for us. Additionally, he sold our home lightening fast! He was very kind, patient, and extremely responsive to our needs. He was very knowledgeable about all of the facets of real estate. He really went above and beyond for us, and eased our minds during such a crazy time. Ty did not have assistants calling us and messing up communication. He was always our point of contact, and he was really a 24/7 agent. I have, and will continue to refer people to him. He is an amazing agent!
