Ty's has a vast knowledge Lexington and surrounding areas. He took the time to walk the properties with me and point out anything he may have thought would be an issue later on. He walked me thru the buying process, from offer to close. Ty answered all my call and text message, if we communicated in emails he would respond within 24 hours, but most of the time within an hour. Ty has a very humble personality and he made the buying process more comfortable for me and my family.
