As we were more independent in our search for the perfect home, Twila was never pushy and made herself readily available to assist us with private showings and contacted the sellers agents for additional information as requested in a timely manner. We appreciated her flexibility to accommodate our schedule. Through her prior experiences, Twila was able to provide valuable insight on expectations and market norms as we worked through the details of each offer and contingency. The closing process went relatively smoothly despite some minor hiccups that were out of Twila’s control. She kept us well informed throughout the process via text, telephone conferences, and emails.
