Tulio has been amazing through the entire process of buying our very first family home. He really lets you know the process and understand everything that's happening. He sits you down, breaks everything down so you are not left in the dark about anything during the process. I would recommend Tulio to anyone out there, whether you are a first time home buyer or if you're buying your 3rd home. With all the knowledge and background he has, you can't go wrong with him on your team!

Tulio would often be able to show us multiple houses on the same day we wanted to see them as well as put together offers quickly. He was very responsive even after normal business hours and if he was unable to show houses he would let us know in advance. He made the home buying process easy for us and made sure we had everything we needed to close on time.
