Trudy is truly a gem! She's tenacious, full of energy and tirelessly worked to help us through every facet of both buying our new home, as well as tips to help us sell our old one. Oh, and she knows everyone. From helping us find a short term place to stay until we could take possession, to recommending some really good movers. Highly recommended!
During a very difficult time of selling my parents home, their neighbor gave me Trudy Singleton's name. Both my parents were gone and I had 2 siblings dealing with the upkeep of the home. One sibling was not wanting to sell and and very difficult to work with. After contacting Trudy she met with us and priced the house to sell and within 24 hours my parent's home was sold. Trudy was very professional dealing with a combative sibling and did everything necessary to insure I - the executor - had a pleasant experience.
