Buying a home can be a daunting experience but not if you choose Troy Walker as your Real Estate Broker. Troy Walker is a wonderful communicator and negotiator. When looking for a property that was viewed nearly 100 times within a 24 hour period, also which had over 12 offers submitted, Mr. Walker was able to negotiate on my behalf landing the deal. During the whole mortgage process with the appraisal, inspection, etc. Mr. Walker always had my best interest at heart. He negotiated with the Listing Agent and Sellers to remedy some of the items reported on the inspection. Through the whole process, closing and even post-closing Troy Walker has exceeded my expectations.
