After several moves that involved buying and selling homes, I can hands down say that Troy truely went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. We initially met with Troy and spent two hours with him as he educated us on the market, comparable homes in our area and how the process would work. He was always very transparent and responsive. If we had questions we could always reach him or he would get back to us quickly. He went well above and beyond to help sell our house. Since we were away for a month in the winter he would make sure the driveway and sidewalk was shoveled if we had a showing, would make sure lights were on and house ready to be shown, and would also stop by in the evening to make sure lights were off and everything was properly locked up. We didn’t know Troy when we contacted him but knew he had sold a couple houses in our neighborhood and the families were pleased with him. We are glad we worked with Troy. He is a good person, very responsible and honest, and we truly believe he did everything he could to sell our home for the best price he could.
