Troy went above and beyond to not only get our home camera ready for sale, but sold it the first day that it hit the market. Troy also did the walk through at our new home and caught things that we would have never noticed. Although it was brand new construction, Troy recommend that we have the home inspected by a professional. The best money that we ever spent. The professional inspector found (everything that is not cosmetic) repairs that needed to be fixed prior to us moving in. Again, items that we would have missed. We HIGHLY recommend Troy and his team for his experience and expertise.
