Troy is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience in Summit County, Colorado, specializing in Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Park County. With a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development and Urban Planning from the University of Arizona, Troy combines academic expertise with decades of hands-on experience in mountain and resort real estate. He began his career in new development sales with East West Partners and IMI Sales and Marketing, contributing to major projects in Breckenridge and Silverthorne, including the final land sales at Three Peaks. He later joined Playground Destination Properties, an Intrawest company, where he helped launch The Cirque and Lewis Ranch developments at Copper Mountain. Troy returned to East West Partners and Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, where he was part of the successful Water House on Main Street project team and played a key role in closing out its final phase. Most recently, Troy served as the lead listing broker for 4th Street Crossing in Silverthorne, successfully selling 56 residences and contributing to the revitalization of the town’s downtown core. Based in Breckenridge, he continues to work with buyers, sellers, and investors across Summit County’s most sought-after mountain communities.
