Troy is highly knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and communicative. I had a wonderful experience working with Troy and highly recommend him. Troy responded to emails, calls and texts immediately. He answered all questions and sought my input at each stage. Troy guided me through the entire home sale process. He helped me prep the house for market and coordinated with contractors directly, which was a huge weight off of me. He negotiated well with prospective buyers and provided good advice. Even after the sale of the house, Troy was a resource for me while I worked out details that were outside the scope of his work. I sold the home while living outside of Florida. Troy made the process as easy as possible. I was consistently surprised at how much Troy was willing to do to help the sale move forward. Without Troy’s help, I would have had a lot more stress, costs and lost time with the house on the market. I wish I owned more properties just so Troy could sell them on my behalf.
