I was in a particularly challenging situation with the sale of my condo, as I needed to sell the property within a specified time period and had to manage around an existing tenant occupying the unit. On top of all this, I was living and working in Asia Pacific at the time with a limited window of communication due to the significant time zone difference. Troy and his team were phenomenal in the way they handled both the tenant (they transitioned him into a new unit) and the sale of the unit (he was able to get me the price I wanted). He was always on top of the situation and maintained timely communication throughout the process, which was of particular importance considering my being overseas. A process that I worried would be fraught with issues turned out to run incredibly smoothly from start to finish - due in no small part to the professionalism and know how of Troy and his team.
