Troy Krabbenhoft

I had a wonderful experience working with my realtor. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always took time to listen to my needs and concerns. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. His professionalism, communication, and genuine dedication made a big difference. I would highly recommend Troy to anyone looking for a realtor!

Troy not only helped Deb and I buy our new house, but he also helped coordinate the sale of our previous house. This was integral for having our closings synchronized on the same day making the transfers seamless. Troy always was available to set up showings on short notice and provided excellent advice about the neighborhoods for the viewings. He had a great pulse on the Fargo housing market and provided his perspective of future developments and the potential impact to various addresses. He was a great negotiator when it came to making an offer for the house we bought. All in all, Troy is a consummate professional realtor, and our buying experience couldn't have been better.

Very easy to work with and had my best interest in mind throughout the quick process and negotiations. We're on the same page throughout the process.

Troy definitely works for his clients! From making an offer to closing, he communicated with us clearly. I had a little scare the night before closing and Troy stayed calm, cool and positive. Troy is a professional and very knowledgeable about the real estate business. I highly recommend him!

The headline on this review really says it all. Troy is someone you can trust will do his best for you. He puts in the time that is necessary and is very good at communicating what is important. Troy is simply a good real estate agent.

Always a pleasure working with Krabbenhoft team because of the smooth communication!
