Troy was a great wealth of knowledge in the homebuying process. This was our first homebuying experience and Troy provided excellent service and gave us comfort via being easy to contact. He got back to us quickly whenever we had questions and concerns. Troy provided realistic expectations in the negotiating process. He went to bat for us and was able to read the situation well. He is a trustworthy man and I don't say that for many people. His people skills alone are top notch. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a broker. He makes you feel like you've known him forever. If we are ever able to buy a second home, we plan on using him again!
