He’s no nonsense about highlighting where we may run into repairs and helped us multiple times from making huge mistakes on homes we were strongly considering. Again his breadth of knowledge covered our vast needs between a modest purchase to a multi million dollar purchase, always pointing out upcoming repairs and upgrades we should consider.
