Troy was wonderful to work with. Unlike other realtors I’ve used Troy knew the area and was able to provide me with his opinions and advise to really help make our decision. Like most home buyers, the area of realty is not really my expertise, so I needed someone that I could trust and rely on. His honesty in showing houses was refreshing and insightful. We had an idea of what we were looking for but needed to narrow down the list. That’s where Troy excelled. He helped us focus on what our true needs and wants for our home were. He took the time to show us various property types and narrow the search based on what he heard we wanted. He also helped us deal with a difficult selling agent to make sure that we ended up with the perfect home. I would, and already have, referred Troy to everyone I know.
