Excellent Experience
Troy listed my home in May of 2022. Pre-listing advice was great; he quickly determined what improvements were needed and what was not for the sale. The listing description was great. Pictures were excellent. Troy maintained complete control of the showings and offers. He worked with us on the merits and risks of each offer. After contract, he kept the deal moving to closing and navigated bumps in the road like a pro. I deal with a lot of real estate professionals and Troy is one of the best I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. A true professional!!!
