Had a great time working with Troy! I am out of state, so Troy had to do a lot of heavy lifting without me. He grew up in the area and knows the pros and cons of all the neighborhoods in Knoxville and Maryville/Alcoa, both on the purchase side and the landlord side. When I flew in for a visit he spent most of his Sunday driving me around to several different properties. When I chose a place, he found and managed a handyman to do repairs, was at the property to show an electrician around, and made the closing go very smooth. He kept me in the loop the whole time and definitely went above and beyond. Very highly recommended.
