Troy and his team guided us through the sales and marketing processes including market analysis, home repairs, liquidation of household items, marketing and sales processes and even conducted a remote closing so we did not have to travel thousands of miles just to be at a closing. At every juncture communication with all phases of the sales processes with Troy and his staff were timely and efficient: utilizing phone, text and email and also incorporating electronic signatures for key documents so we could avoid possible loss or documents and time from delay in mailing documents back and forth!
