I can't recommend Troy and Denise enough! They guided us through the overwhelming and emotional sale of our home with patience and compassion. Their knowledge of the real estate market was spot on and they put a lot of work into helping us present the house well, which resulted in a quick and fair contract. It was a great experience working with them.
I am a full time single mom who tried the landlord thing on a whim and it was BAD. They stayed with me through my mess and guided me through a quick sale. I’m thankful for their patience and professionalism. It was high stress and they didn’t give up on me.
They responded to our calls and emails promptly. They would listen to our views and opinions and then gave us the pros and cons. Examples stretching the carpet. We had it stretched. We were selling pretty much as is, they explained the pluses and the minuses. They did have us do a few things we had not thought of. Taking down the draperies for one. My family have used Troy and Denise before, we had trust in them.
I've bought 4 houses with Troy & Denise and I won't use anyone else. I know they're going to be honest with me, I'm straightforward about my preferences and they always deliver, they're easy-going and flexible when things change, and always very quick to respond. I love working with them because I know I can walk and talk through all of the emotions of home-buying with them and they're going to be such wonderful sound boards. They're the best!
