Highly recommended. I'd give 10 stars if it were an option. I worked with Troy as both a seller and a buyer and my experience was extremely positive and exceeded my expectations. The home I was selling was high end and very custom. I went into the process thinking I'd be lucky to get 1 or 2 offers - we had 8 offers and were able to sell the home faster than I had expected (despite a few unexpected and extraordinary curveballs with potential buyers). Troy not only pursued but generated leads, and scrupulously followed up with all potential buyers/ buyer's agents. His attention to detail is meticulous. As a buyer's agent, he really listens and genuinely seeks to understand what you are looking for in a home. I walked through quite a few homes with Troy and I was really impressed by his honest feedback on each home. I never felt the least bit pressured or rushed. And when it came time to make an offer, Troy masterfully negotiated the price and terms (not easy to do in this market). We've been in our home now for about 6 months, and it is absolutely perfect for our family - everything I'd hoped for and more. With all of that said, the thing I appreciated the most was that Troy is the epitome of integrity. He is extremely professional, reliable, honest and trustworthy. I felt confident at every turn, as both a buyer and a seller, that things were being handled "the right way", with a sense of fairness to everyone involved. In fact, I am now friends with the people that bought my home and the owners of the house I bought, because everyone walked away feeling like a fair deal had been struck. Troy is truly the best of the best. I would highly and unequivocally recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
Troy has been by far the best realtor we have ever used. We initially used him a couple years ago when we purchased a condo in the Milwaukee area. He understood what our must haves were and never made us feel we needed to settle. He would discuss the pros and cons of different properties and often there were things we hadn't noticed or thought about. After this experience with him, when I was appointed the special administrator for my cousin's estate he was the first realtor that came to mind. The estate involved multiple rental properties from single family homes to multi-units in both the Milwaukee and Madison areas. Some of the tenants were not overly cooperative after my cousin's passing but when it came to showings Troy had a way of getting them to cooperate. Many of the properties had not been recently updated and Troy was very good at letting us know where the best place was to spend money to help ensure a quick sale at a price the market would support. Most properties had offers fast at full price or over asking price. The properties that were slower in selling we knew based on neighborhood and condition that they would take longer. He worked extremely hard to get the properties sold in a timely manner often going above and beyond. Overall we were VERY VERY satisfied with the job he performed for us and would highly recommend him.
Troy did an AMAZING job helping us buy a home. He was always available, did a wonderful job of critiquing properties, and always kept us informed. What more can you ask for? He will be my go too person for any reality needs and you should have zero concerns in placing your trust in him.
We were moving from out of state and I found Troy online. I’m glad I did because he was a fantastic realtor with a ton of knowledge about all the areas and specific house issues to look out for. Troy took the time to show us 13 houses in one day and drove all over the city to help us. Through the closing process, he kept us informed, went to the inspection for us because we couldn’t be there, and gave us some great advice. Overall, Troy was a GREAT realtor and one I would 100% recommend to anyone.
