Troy is my Real Estate guardian angel. He has helped me with two major real estate issues in expertly assisting me to do a really quick sale on a pricey house I was in dire need of selling. In the end, everything worked out perfectly, Troy was amazing in helping me to understand the ins and out of this very detailed and at times stressful sale. On another occasion Troy went above and beyond on the rental of another property I had on the market. He had no problems in taking on the responsibility far more than I would have expected. I consider Troy very knowledgeable and always having his finger on the pulse of the industry.
