Troy executed 3 real estate transactions for me this year. 1. To purchase a lot to build a new home. 2. To sell my current home to my daughter and son-in-law....which went well too. 3. To sell my condo. I had rented the condo out for 11 years, and Troy found a new full asking price offer that was accepted in just a few days. Then, a furnace inspection had to be made, and Troy went to the condo to let the furnace people in....when he could just have told me that I would have to do it. He explained what was needed to me, and negotiated the furnace repair/replacement. He went Above and Beyond expectations with this whole transaction, keeping everything on track. He knows how to get things done, is Very Precise with his work, and is very knowledgable in all the aspects of buying and selling properties. He knows how to handle all aspects of communication with renters, buyers and sellers. I even had asked him for a recommendation for a builder for my new home....as I had been checking out a few. The builder who is in the process of building my home, which is the one he had recommended as doing a very professional job, has so far exceeded expectations, and Troy had told me a number of things this builder is noted for as doing exceptional. I really would like to give Troy a 10 Star Rating for all the extra things he has done. He Dots the I's and Crosses the T's to perfection in so many circumstances. He finds the answers to all my questions. Thank you So Much Troy!
