I cannot stress enough how good Troy is. Not only was the closing process, from bid to signing, lightening fast, but Troy’s know how and poise astounded us at every turn. Two weeks out from closing, the bank’s appraiser found issues that I thought might tank the deal, but I had nothing to fear... because Troy. He immediately had knowledgeable contractors ready to go, was in constant communication with the list agent and with me. He had me calmed and solutions ready to go seemingly immediately. As far as I am concerned, Troy is more responsible for us getting our dream home than we are... and we signed the dotted lines. He knows his stuff and will go to be bat for his clients. If we ever need to find another home in the area, we will want Troy.
