I could not be happier with the performance and professionalism of Troy. He walked me through the process, nailed the asking price when I had no idea of my house value. Took the time to show me how to get the house ready for showings and always kept me informed about how things were going. The sale happened within 2 months and very smoothly. If I ever needed an agent again, Troy would be my go to man. If your boss sees this Troy, I would tell him that you deserve a raise. The whole team was excellent and the escrow department was great. I was out of state when the closing documents needed to be signed but they were able to make it work. I can't imagine any other agent or agency matching this performance. All I can say is thank you very much.
