We contacted Tristina from out of state about a home that we were interested in seeing. Tristina and her husband Lyle returned our call promptly and were able to walk through the home with us on a video call within a day. When were able to be in town, they set us up for a showing during the time period we requested. We decided to put an offer in on the property and both Tristina and Lyle were very helpful with offer amounts. During the whole process of inspection and closing, they both went above and beyond with everything that we needed since we were not in the area. The sellers ended up not patching large holes in the wall, and Lyle generously took care of it himself for us. I would highly recommend Harshaw Homes as your future Realtor!
