Kimberly is very knowledgeable but also an incredibly hard worker. She was recommended by a realtor friend when I moved to NKY 5 years ago. The house I bought was in demand and her insight was valuable in successfully getting my offer accepted despite all the competition. She was also a wealth of knowledge throughout the entire process after, making it very smooth. When I sold my house recently it was an equally good experience because of her experience and overall knowledge of the current market. I’d definitely recommend her.
