Trisha was very helpful with the selling of four lots that I have owned for years. She was very professional and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. She worked hard to make sure that I came out ahead on these sales!

First and for most she’s the BEST! If you’re looking in the nv area this woman right here is the one and only I will ever use again!! After struggling to find a realtor that would work with me, with the budget I had I was frustrated and I had almost given up but by pure chance we found Trisha! First time we spoke she put aside what she was already doing (attending a family event) and spoke with me and she was so kind, positive and genuinely excited for the adventure I was about to embark on. (buying my first home) I could write a book on how awesome she is! She is very well connected and always had an answer or solution to any problem and always replied quickly and in depth, she never once made me feel like less of person for not knowing answers to simple dumb questions. She will work with you as fast or as slow as you would like, my situation was kind of a rush situation and she made it happen, from the first time talking to her to closing on the house it was about 5 weeks. DO NOT HESITATE SHE IS THE BEST AND WILL GET YOU THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE I AM AN AGGRESSIVE NEGOTIATOR AND SHE STUCK IT OUT WITH ME. Trisha you are the best and I will continue to send anyone looking for a home your way.

Trisha was so patient with all my questions and repeated questions as a first time seller with memory issues. She was kind, was available at nearly any time of day thru text, and so generous! She knew the market well and had solutions for every issue we encountered with the home itself. With my sale, she ended up representing both parties and treated us both well and equally! 10/10 recommend utilizing her skills to sell your home!

Trisha is so helpful, she kept me from loosening my mind. I was selling and buying at the same time, without her I would have quit doing everything. She had to teach me step by step and would answer every questions, I was a learning of all the questions and stupid things and she was always calling me and always was professional, knowledgeable, and walking me thru every step. She was my angel and always smiling and calming me down thru such a hard experience. And at the end I have a new home and close to my daughter.
