Trisha Williams was very pleasant to work with. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and most of all attentive to what we were looking at to achieve our goals. Trisha took time to get to know us on more of a personal level to make sure that she was able to find our new home with all or more of our boxes checked. I would recommend Trisha to anyone looking to buy and / or sell a home through an agent that would treat them not only with respect as a client but as family as well. No matter how much we threw at her, she was a champ through it all, never complained and answer questions without pause.

I’ve used several realtors in the past whom didn’t have that fighting edge. I met Trishia and told her I wanted a pit bull, someone that wasn’t scared to get the job done. That’s what I got with her. Other realtors told us we couldn’t get more than 375,000 for our house and we closed selling at 495,000. I would highly recommend Trishia whether your buying or selling.

Trisha did a fantastic job helping me sell my parents house. Not only did she have great knowledge of the neighborhood and negotiate great between 2 buyers. But she helped me prepare the house? Met with contractors and helped me pack for the move.
