Trisha McFadden

Trisha McFadden assisted in our home buying process that began back in late May. We lost out on one home that we were trying to get but Trisha helped us bounce back and find one that suited our needs as first home buyers. Her negotiation skills and abilities to deal with the seller agent was above and beyond. She is a great people person and understands what it is that an individual or couple is looking for in a home. On Saturday, July 25, 2020, I was connected with Trisha via Zillow. We had hoped she would serve as our buyer’s agent in showing us a house we liked, and we considered making her our listing agent to sell our house as well. I expressed to Trisha great interest in a property I’d found on Zillow and asked her a few questions about it. I gave Trisha my phone number and schedule for when we could see the property. She said on the phone that she would call me back later that day. No call. I texted her several more times. She never called to answer my questions or to schedule a visit. Finally my husband and I drove out to see the property ourselves on Sunday. It was not at all suitable for our needs - we didn’t even need to go inside to see that. Trisha could have easily saved us the time and hassle of having to drive out to the property ourselves. She had only to pick up the phone and give us a call. She didn’t follow up with me on Tuesday when I reached out to her again. On Friday she got back to me and explained that she’d had some personal issues arise and that she was also having trouble retrieving Zillow messages. However, she DID have my phone number and could have reached me by phone. Even though the property we saw didn’t work for us, we would have considered hiring Trisha to list our house and help us find something else. Her lack of communication convinced us otherwise.
