I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Trish. She helped us buy a house in February 2021 and a couple months later we sold our first home with her assistance. She's incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, well connected and makes the process seem easier than it should be. We were so happy with our experience, I insisted my mom work with her as well. While we love our current home and have no plans to move soon, Trish will be our first call when that changes.

Several times Trish would go to houses and send me a video of the house and yard when I couldn’t get there. She found the home for me and was instrumental on the closing. Trisha did a great job of helping us maneuver through the sale of my mothers house after she died. She gave us a great recommendation of someone to come and clean the house as well as clean the carpets to get the house ready for sale. She made it very easy to get all of the documents signed so we could get this done as painlessly as possible. The house was on the market one day and we had two offers right away. If I had a house to sell in the Des Moines area again, I would definitely reach out to her.
