Worked with realtors my entire life, as I own properties in Pennsylvania, typically, I don't like to work with realtors because most of them pressure you or make you feel like you need to buy from them. Sometimes, they seem agitated if you don't buy quickly enough, etc., etc. Patricia worked with me for over a year, and literally at the last minute, I was going to build a house, which she would've made a very small commission if I had built a house instead of buying a house. She never bought an eye and tried to help me find the right builder. I ended up buying a house, and I was impressed with her knowledge of inspectors and how quickly she got all of the inspections scheduled. She's a pitbull, and she's definitely a buyer's agent. She's extremely resourceful and has been doing it forever. I would highly recommend her. I know there are hundreds of real estate agents out there, but I assure you she's 1 OF 1

Did a lot of things to make home look better, and didn’t charge us for anything she did or had done by someone else. Including mowing, power washing, landscaping and more. Love her for that. Never had any of my other agents ( at least 6 ) even suggest having things done, and here she is doing it on her own. Unbelievable!!!!
