Trish pulled recent comps to assist in setting the purchase price. She was knowledgeable about the steps that needed to be taken prior to the sale. FHA also required an appraiser, survey, and structural engineer. Trish kept us informed on the sale progress and promptly answered my many questions. We even had some laughs along the way.
