Just closed on our first condo at LOTO and wanted to spread the word about Trish. In January 2021, I reached out to one of the many agents here and after a phone call and many text messages back and forth, she quit responding. The second agent was a referral from a friend. We came down to the lake from Southern Illinois in March of 2021 to physically look at properties with this agent. We spent an entire Saturday looking at properties that were $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 over our budget that HE thought we should see, and we wasted our entire day. Strike 3, we didn’t strike out, we STRUCK GOLD with Trish. I don’t even remember our initial connection, but after we met on Facetime, I knew she was going to be perfect. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the area and gave us solid advice on the properties we were interested in. When we placed a bid on the condo we bought, she put her boxing gloves on while remaining utmost professionally during a difficult time with the seller.
