Call Patricia! You will not be disappointed! This is the second time that she has represented my husband and I in a real estate transaction. We are highly pleased with her services. The first time she was our agent for the purpose of locating and buying an income property. She guided us through the process and helped us obtain the property we wanted at a price we could afford. Less than a year later it was time to sell and we did not hesitate to hire her as our listing agent. It was the best decision ever! Patricia is organized, responsive, knowledgeable and very responsible. She went above and beyond to help us secure the best and strongest offer and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We look forward to continue working with her in the future and would strongly recommend her services to anyone!
