Trish helped the reviewer buy this property

Amazing experience!

Trish came highly recommended from close friends of ours and told us "We've done over a dozen transactions over the years and Trish has by far been our best experience". While we haven't had as many transactions (just a few!) we feel the same way. Trish was super thorough and helped us through this interesting market (Summer/Fall 2023). The whole experience was smooth and she was very responsive to our needs, never pushy and great during our negotiations. We will for sure reach out to Trish for all of our Colorado needs!
