"Excellence" is an understatement
Moving is difficult.
This, perhaps, is the very picture of understatement.
Yet I cannot overstate the benefits of having a real estate agent like Trish Hunter in one's corner. As my family and I planned our move to the Birmingham, Ala., area, Trish was with us every step of the way.
This was early 2022, when homes were flying off the metaphorical shelves, while interest rates climbed unrelentingly upward. Trish not only identified prospective properties, but guided us through the daunting and, quite frankly, discouraging process with grace, humor and a unflappable determination. We didn't know it at the time, but she'd become a crucial part of our support system.
She communicated with us regularly and in real-time, addressing any question we could muster and offering encouragement when prospects fell through — all while informing us of new opportunities that met our checklist, tastes and budget, so that when we finally laid eyes on a certain property, we knew we'd found our home. From there, Trish further exceeded our expectations by making the offer and buying process as streamlined as possible.
Thanks to Trish Hunter, buying a house was no longer nerve-racking; it was exciting. And that, too, is an understatement.
