My wife and I were looking for a new place here in the Myrtle Beach area and Trish helped us find the perfect place within a day! Trish is very knowledgeable in the area, market, and has many connections that helped us find our house. Trish was able to take us to different areas of Horry county and explain what the area was like, making us feel safe about our decision. She was able to explain what the housing market currently is and had many suggestions that were very beneficial for us to save money and get the most out of our house that we built. Any where that we went to look at condos, houses, and apartments, Trish had connections that were extremely helpful. Being first time home buyers/builders, Trish helped us every step of the way to educate and make us feel safe and comfortable in our decision. While we waited on the house being built, we still lived in Columbus Ohio and Trish would consistently update us on the progress of the house. When trouble did occur with the house (being delayed), Trish was always on top and working with the builders to make sure our house was built on time and built correctly.
