We were so thrilled to have been introduced to Trish Englund to help us find and buy our new house. We had been looking for such a long time before we met Trish. And once she got involved it only took a little bit of time. My husband and I were looking for a "unicorn" house which is why it took us so long but Trish was able to dive in and come up with an amazing set of homes for us to check out. She knew what we were looking for and she waisted no time. We put an offer in and now the home is ours! Since the sale went through, she's recommended awesome vendors for painting and carpet cleaning. So beyond the search and sale, she's been so awesome to work with and really helped us get settled in.

My husband and I had a difficult task to buy a house out of state we are currently living, and we needed somebody who could handle this challenge. Trish turned out to be that person who was perfect for this job. A true professional who knows the area, listens to you and understands what you need, gives you her dedicated time to show the houses, organizes video tours to send you when you are remote. I was especially impressed by her attention to details - she was literally our "pre-inspection", looking at each property like an x-ray. After we quickly found the house we liked, Trish skillfully navigated us through the whole process, bringing her team and other resources when necessary. And after handling us the keys, she continued to help, going extra mile with providing home cleaning (that was refused by the seller and seller's agent), providing us the whole list of her vetted resources (painter, carpet cleaner, handyman, etc). Trish also has a cheerful and wonderful can-do personality so easy and pleasant to work with.
