Trish is amazing!! She was referred to me by some friends, and I'm so happy I chose her for my home buying journey! She is so knowledgeable about the area. I just moved to AZ from another state and was not familiar with the various neighborhoods. Luckily Trish had all the important info - fun places to go, which schools were around, different vibes of the neighborhoods. She also provided a lot of insight about important things to consider about owning a home specifically in AZ, which would not have been on my radar since AZ is so different from where I moved. I also had very specific criteria for what I was looking for in a home and she was so patient with me and found a ton of options that were just what I was looking for. She answered my millions of questions, and if she didn't know, she found the answer and got right back to me! She was super accessible, and I always felt in the loop about what was happening and what was the next thing I needed to do. Her communication is great! I had a little bit of a rough time in my process due to some seller issues, and she expertly guided me through the process. She explained everything in easy to understand ways, so I felt like I knew exactly what was happening and why, and what I needed to do next. I really felt like she advocated for my best interests. And to top it off, she is such a fun, sweet person! I highly recommend her for your home buying journey! I will definitely use her again for my next home purchase.

Trish was by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with!! She treated us as if we were family members she was getting a house for. She just cared and was really excited for us and willing to do anything necessary for us to get the home we really wanted and close by the time we needed to. Trish did an amazing job selling our house. She was so helpful and supportive. She even used her own staging decorations! We received great communication the whole way through. We always knew what was happening and what the next step would be and when it would happen. Her marketing skills are fantastic. Our house sold in six days!
