Trish Byce did a wonderful job listing, marketing, and selling our home. As a homeowner, it’s not often that you sell a house so it is important to have an real estate expert like Trish to help guide you through the process. Trish used her years of building and real estate to provide advice to us about how to price and stage our home. That was very important especially with the changing real estate market. The home sold for a very fair price and Trish even helped us negotiate with the buyers about items identified by the home inspection (some of which were ridiculous and were not necessary). We ended up with a reasonable list of repairs and Trish recommended a local contractor that we used to complete those repairs. Selling a home is a stressful process but Trish was great at helping us through the process. We are VERY SATISFIED with and thankful for all of the services Trish Byce provided to us!

Trish represented us in the sale of our home in Buckhead. She is absolutely the best agent we ever had. From start to finish, and even afterwards when the new buyer had questions, she was a steady presence that helped us navigate through it all. She also collected quotes for an elevator installation. When we received our offers, she helped us navigate the process of choosing the right one and then negotiating due diligence, buyers inspection, and necessary repairs. Trish’s background in home building is of extreme help especially during the home repairs from the inspector’s report (our home was in such good condition that we didn’t even think we would have any, but you always do). I would definitely recommend Trish to anybody selling (or buying) a home. She has become a great friend of us throughout this process.
