I am Triniese Thomas, a Central Florida Realtor with a passion for home decor, craft projects, and cooking, so it's no surprise that the kitchen is my favorite area in a home. My interest in real estate began when I was ten years old, touring new construction homes with my mom. She would browse around and guess things like: where the kitchen would be, how the living room would look, and what would look great in the backyard. After a while I would get bored and would want to do other things, but funny enough, as I got older, I found myself doing the same thing: perusing through homes for sale and thinking how I would design the place. Seeing bare wood structures morph into beautiful works of art in the blink of an eye was mind boggling to me- and still is! This bring me to present day.
When I moved to Florida my interest grew even more with all of the budding hotspots, beaches, and night life Florida had to offer (and yes, we do have more than just theme parks!) I was following my dreams moving here and I get excited seeing people go after their dreams no matter of far-fetched it may seem. I became a realtor here in Florida not to just guide buyers/sellers through a tedious and sometimes intimidating process, but to remind people of the joy and fun that can come with such a big investment and life changing decision.
