Trina helped the reviewer sell this property

We contacted Trina as soon as we decided to renovate and sell our condo after many years as a rental. She worked with us to optimize the paint colors, counter tops, and flooring to ensure a quick sale. After an unbelievable series of setbacks with uncooperative contractors, plumbing issues, and roof leaks that needed repairs, she stuck with us for the entire duration. We live out of state, and she was our only true advocate in the area. She is very persistent and worked relentlessly on our behalf to move the process forward. With her strategic recommendations, we finally got the unit listed, received an all-cash offer within 7 days, and closed 14 days later! There is nobody in Southern California I would trust more than Trina.
