I had a special condition because I needed to purchase Income property for a 1031Exchange! So time was important and Trina sent me many, many choices. Finally found something interesting but had a condition that Trina helped me through. Trina was always responsive and had good advice and held my hand through Escrow & the 1031 Exchange.
