All I can say is…LOOK NO FURTHER! Trina Rufo is incredible!! She helped my husband and I purchase our first home. We got into the market during a time when the competition was beyond fierce and while the pandemic was still raging. During my first phone call to Trina she immediately started explaining what the market was like and what we could expect during the process. She spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions before we even decided to hire her. Our journey was long and had some big ups and downs. Trina was there to help us through it all. She is very invested in each of her clients and treats you like you are the most important client she has. She is always available to answer questions and is extremely responsive. She will not leave you hanging for days and more often than not routinely answers texts, emails, and phone calls within minutes (or seconds). She works tirelessly and was available at any hour (because sometimes our negotiations went late) and on every day of the week…even while she was on vacation. She never pressured us into purchasing something that was not right for us and took a lot of time to help us find a place that fit our family perfectly. She is HONEST and has INTEGRITY in a profession that seems to breed dishonesty. She has a wonderful reputation amongst her colleagues and maintains relationships with other realtors that are invaluable when it comes time to put in an offer on a property. It gives Trina great joy to assist others in finding their dream home. She loves what she does, and it shows. I would recommend Trina to anyone.
