Trina was a pleasure to work with. She helped us find a home in Southern California while we were still living on the east coast, which itself was a challenge! Trina sold a relative's run down house by creating a successful (and fun!) bidding war and getting us more that we had expected.

We had a run down house to help a relative sell from Northern California. We needed to find an agent in Long Beach with whom we felt comfortable. Trina stood out so we went with her. We had a long prep time before the house was ready and Trina was patient and supportive the whole time. Once we were ready to sell, Trina devised a strategy to create a bidding war that worked out far better than we had expected. Trina's youthful enthusiasm was a constant joy.
