Trina was a tremendous help as I sold a condo in Signal Hill while living in the DC area, 3,000 miles away. Always responsive, she provided great advice and got me top dollar for the property, as well as managed some capricious buyers and their idiosyncrasies. She even stayed plugged in on her vacation as issues arose with the sale, ensuring timely closure. Her use of DocuSign was a big plus and a time saver for us both in the paperwork (or not!) process.
In the summer of 2013 I had the good fortune of reconnecting with Trina at our 30 year high school reunion. When my sister passed away in March 2014, Trina was one of the first people I called to assist me with my sister’s estate, and the only person I even considered when deciding on an agent to sell my sister’s house. I live in Texas, and needed someone I could trust since I would be repairing and selling this house long-distance.
