We wanted to help our son buy his first townhome, and a friend recommended we work with Tricia Wright. I'm so glad she did! Tricia is just terrific in every way. She negotiated some favorable terms for us, got the owner to fix a few things, and even got us a brand new dishwasher! She shepherded us through the documents and processes skillfully and well.
