Best agent for buying and/or selling a home. Experience and customer service set her apart. I have purchased and sold two homes with Tricia and have never had a problem. Tricia is on the ball and knows everything that needs to be done for the best sale. Her years of experience as an agent set her apart from the rest. If you're unsure about what changes to make to your home to get the best bang for the buck she knows. She will keep you up to date on everything that needs to be done and will remind you of the things you need to get done. She has great references for home inspectors, contractors for repair, contractors for finishing, loan officers, homeowners insurance and she interfaces with them as needed. She really gets even more involved when the home is listed. We left for Oregon when our home went on the market and it sold in one weekend. We didn't need to even be there so that we could focus on our new home purchase in Oregon.
