We met Tricia a few years ago when we were casually looking at houses in the Omaha area. She was great about checking in with us from time to time and keeping us us on her email distribution. So when we were ready to move here from Arizona we naturally got in touch with her. She did an amazing job of finding houses we would be interested in, always taking into consideration our needs, style, price point, and location preferences. After a couple of unsuccessful trips, when houses we considered were snapped up by others, she was able to find us the perfect one - a house that had just started construction, in an ideal location, that we could customize to make it our own. Finding and purchasing a house from afar, and especially building one, is not easy. Through it all Tricia went above and beyond to keep things on track. She's very responsive, an excellent communicator, and we always knew she was in our corner. She ot only went with us to help select finishes, she, and her son, even helped us by painting sample patches on the home's exterior so we could pick the best color! On top of her outstanding support, we became friends and remain in touch. If you want a realtor who not only knows the market, the area, and her clients, but also treats them not as a number or potential sale, but literally like family, look no further. I cannot recommend Tricia highly enough!
