I was out of state 2000 miles away trying to sell my parents home. Tricia went well above and beyond. She went out of her way to handle things with the city inspection, moved title companies due to selling in a trust that would have slowed the sale up. Got us well above the asking price, very professional, caring, and well above other agents I spoke with, she cares about here clients, and it shows in all she does for them. I recommend her I would not trust anyone else with the sale of a property, she followed up after the sale to make sure all was well and even helped install smoke detectors that were required for the sale.
